One of my favorite restaurants is located
right here in Chungcheon Nam Do. It’s
called 꺼먹돼지. The pork is excellent. The owner of the restaurant raises the pigs
on his farm which is located a few kilometers away from the restaurant. He even grows the vegetables for the side
dishes. His wife’s kimchi is very spicy
and a little sour. The scallion kimchi
is my favorite. It’s a korean barbecue
restaurant, so you cook the meat yourself over coals. I think it’s fun to flip the meat over with a
pair of tongs and to cut the meat into bite-sized pieces with a pair of
scissors. I like to add a little bit of sea salt while the meat is
cooking. If you like, you can also grill
onions, rice cake, and garlic while the meat is cooking. When everything is ready, I like to wrap up a
piece of pork, some grilled onions, a sliver of raw garlic, and some red pepper
paste in a piece of fresh lettuce. Mmmm….

To get there: Take the 400 bus in the direction of
Cheonan. Ride for about 20 minutes. Get off at the Dong Woo Apartments stop. Walk East about 25 meters.

One of my favorite restaurants is located right here in Byungcheon. It is called 5900냥. Its name was 붉돈생돈 when i was freshman. Pork belly, rips, the small intestine of a cow and kimchi stew are on the menu. My favorite dish on the menu is pork belly. I like to wrap up a piece of pork, rice, ssamjhang and the seosoned scallions.

One of my favorite restaurants is located in my hometown Cheongju. It's called 육쌈냉면. If you go there, you must wait 10-20 minutes because 육쌈냉면 is famous place. There are cold noodles, cold noodles mixed with red pepper sauce and cold noodles with barbecued beef on the menu. Above all, my favorite food on the menu is noodles with barbecued beef. The noodles with barbecued beef is so delicious because the combination of cold noodles and barbecued beef are really fantastic. If you have a some time, I recommend that you go there.
ReplyDeleteTo get there from campus : Take the school bus in the direction of Cheongju. Ride for about 40 minutes. Get off at the provincial office of Chungbuk. Walk to the direction of Seongangil about 10 minutes.
One of my favorite restaurants is located in Gwang Ju city. The restaurant is called Gal-bi I-ya-gi(Rib Story). Pork belly, rib of pork, and pork neck are on the menu. Gal-bi means marinated barbecue rib. Personally, I like Gal-bi better than other items. Its sauce is excellent on roast pork. I always eat Gal-bi, lettuce, Kimchi, and garlic together. Its flavor is wonderful! I recommend you to try this food. If you want to go Gal-bi I-ya-gi, go to the Cheonan bus terminal and take the express bus in direction of Gwang Ju. Then get a taxi :-)
ReplyDeleteI like pizza so much, so my favorite restaurant is Pizza Hut. If you go there, you can eat various pizza and pasta. There is a wide variety of foods from yogurt to hot foods to a salad bar, so I enjoy the appetizer and dessert. Because I love greasy food, my favorite item on the menu is 'Cheese king' pizza. When order is ready, I like to dip the pizza into the cheese sauce.
ReplyDeleteThe Pizza Hut is located in many many region, so if you want to go there, search on the Internet where is Pizza Hut located, and just go there near you lived.
One of my favorite restaurants is located in Cheong Ju. The restaurant's name is 봉대박. 봉대박 is famous for pasta and pizza. 봉대박's pasta is little special because it is spicy. Furthermore, the menu is rather extensive here. By the way, 설렁탕 pasta is especially delicious. The pasta is mixed well with 설렁탕. This makes special flavor.
ReplyDeleteTo get there: First, go to the Cheong Ju. Then, you take a bus in the direction of 북문로. If you get off the bus at 도청 station, you can find 봉대박 easily.
My favorite food is grilled beef.

If you want to eat grilled beef you may go any meat restaurant, Because there is no big difference.
My favorite meat restaurant is located in Seoul. The restaurant's name is Marbling.
On the menu there is just two selection. Cow sirloin and Cow sashimi.
There are many side dishes like raw garlics, onions and some fresh lettuce.
It's too far to get there from the campus, But there is an another meat restaurant near the campus.
You should take the 400bus and go about two stops. Then you can see the restaurant at you left side.
When you eat the grilled beef you put the meat on the iron plate. Don't roast too long. And then wait until you can see the blood coming up above the meat. If you see the blood, flip over the meat and wait about 30seconds. And then eat the meat. It will be fantastic.
I usually go to italian restaurant "Mad for garlic" that is my favorite place to eat italian food. There are many items on the menu. Pizza, pasta, salad, and many kinds of beverage like wine.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite item on the menu is Gorgonzola. It's different from others. It has a lot of boiled garlic on the plate so it's not greasy.
Actually, all of the food that Mad for Garlic serve has many garlic as its name by various recipe like boiled garlic or fry garlic.
I think people who don't like onion have to go there because when they have dinner at Mad for Garlic, they must fall in love with garlic.
Also. Mad for garlic has romantic atmosphere. It is decorated with garlic, wine glass and wine tank.
To get there
Take school bus from university to seoul and when we arrive 교대 in seoul take 720 bus. Ride for about 40 minutes. Get off at the Gong-duk station. Walk to Mapo station about 3 minutes.
My favorite food is pizza. Because I usually stay in my dormitory room, I often eat it at 59 Pizza. There are many items on the menu like Bulgogi pizza, Potato pizza, Cheese pizza etc... I think Bulgogi pizza is one of the best foods on the menu. We don't need to get there we just call there and order dishes. It's very easy.

DeleteI like noodles dishes. especially I often eat a Iced Noodles or a GanJaJang(noodles with black soybean sauce). In Yeong Deung Po, The SongJuckJang has been located in Yeong Deung Po Dong-4-Ga for 60 years.
ReplyDeleteThe restaurant is well known for JaJangMyeon and Spicy Seafood Noodles Soup With Korean Chili Peppers(고추짬뽕). I can't eat up all a 고추짬뽕 because it is very very hot and spicy. I think JaengBanJaJang and GanJaJang are so very delicious! Somehow I have to go there this weekend with my family.
To get there
You have to arrive at Yeong Deung Po station and go out the Front Gate. It is located in Yeong Deung Po Dong-4-Ga-55. Just walk 5~7minutes then you will find it!
I like japanese food. Especially I like sushi so I usally go to restaurant that name is Sushi O. This restaurant is conveyor belt sushi restaurant in yauri. Salmon sushi is my favorite sushi. This restaurant has cheap charge and many kind of sushi so I satisfy this restaurant. Besides, It has raw tuna. I wrap raw tuna with toasted laver. And then, I eat this with ginger preserved in soy sauce. It's very delicious. I usually go there with my friends and family.

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite restaurants is located in Sang In Dong, Daegu. It’s called 미진분식. In this restaurant, only Gimbap, Spicy Cold Chewy Noodles, and Udon are sold. I ate every food in list. Gimbap and Spicy Cold Chewy Noodles is very delicious ,but I like Spicy Cold Chewy Noodles most, because I like spicy food, and it is little spicy. 미진분식 is very famous in Daegu, but restaurants is not big. So Many peoples are line up for eating.

Go straight about 10 minute by walk and turn right and go 3 minute.
Then 미진분식 will be your right.
One of my favorive restaurant is located in Yongin-Si. It's called 서래. This restaurant is barbecue restaurat. My favorite food is '막창'. When I order 막창, I can eat pork rinds too. It's very delicious.

ReplyDeleteI want to introduce my favorite restaurant. It's called '돼지고기 김치찌개 맛있는 집'. It is located in Yong-in, near my house.
ReplyDelete'김치찌개'is main item on the menu. It's korean style soup with kimchi.
I always go there with my family, and we always order kimchi soup. I like add noodles and buns stuffed with seasoned meat and vegetables to soup.
If you want,you can add flattened rice cake ,pork, and so on.
To get there, Take the bus which is go to Yong-n and get off that bus at the shin-gal bus stop. Then ride 28 bus about 10 minutes to go there.
My favorite restaurant is Myungdong Kalguksu. This is located in front of the Surak mountain. There are noodles and Mandu on the menu. These food tastes really good. Especially the soup in the noodle makes us smile.
