What do you do to keep fit?

            I think it is important to get enough sleep.  Every night, I go to bed early.  I sleep about seven hours a night.  I also eat fruits and vegetables every day.  I never drink soda and I never eat candy or junk food.

            Exercise is a great way to keep fit.  I do yoga every morning and I always do fifty push ups.  I live on a mountain, so I sometimes go hiking after I get home from work.  I sometimes play tennis with my neighbor at the tennis courts near my apartment.

  1. I always ate three meals a day. Sometimes I ate extra foods, but I don't have them much. I also like fruits and vegetables. I'm trying to eat well-balanced meals, but still I don't have savorless foods...
    Exercise is good for both body and mind. I do sit ups, push ups and lift heavy things when I have time. Also I go walking and jogging. When I'm back in my hometown, I stroll around the town about one half hour. It is little tired but I can feel that my body is cleansed.

  2. I think food is important point, but I live in dormitory then, It's hard to eat healthy food.
    Then, when I go to my home, I do my effort for eat healty food.

    I exercise to keep fit sometimes. I go jogging at park that is nearby my home. I go jogging when I'm at my home. I sometimes do martial arts, takkeon. Last vacation, I took takkeon lessons. It's exciting. Later, I can't take lessons more because of my study in this university Koreatech, but I practice myself once a week. It's fun.

  3. I drink 2 bottles of water every day. To drink water makes my skin soft. To sleep enough and to eat healthy food is also important way to keep fit but Koreatech don't allow that. Excercis is a great way, too. I do yoga once a week and play golf once a month.

  4. I think the first thing to keep fit is sleeping sufficiently, but it doesn't mean that sleeping very long is good. In other words deep sleep is necessary to keep health. I sleep late, so every night I take a shower with warm water to feel comfortable and to sleep deeply.

    The second is what you eat. Even though you sleep well and take exercise every day, if you eat unhealthy food like a junk food or eat only what you want, you will get sick. It goes without saying that smoking is bad.

    Lastly, I say about taking exercise. taking exercise is important, but immoderate exercise is more undesirable than do nothing.
    I know that workout is good, but I don't have a time and I'm tired when I finsh my schedule. Therefore I don't take a vehicle when I go to near place.

  5. I know that regular life habit and exercise are important to keep fit, but I have not been doing that. Usually I go to bed at 2A.M., so I'm so tired every morning.

    On the other hand, I like vegetable foods(tofu, salad, and so on) than meat, and I have a meal so slowly. Therefore, my appearance looks weak, but I don't catch a disease easily.

  6. Since early years, I always eat breakfast however busy I am.
    And now, frankly speaking, I don't have time for eat breakfast.
    So, I brought dumb bell,handgrip and chest powerball.
    Whenever I can spare time, I exercise using this machines.
    This is my way to keep fit.

  7. I have a two thing to keep fit.
    The first thing is doing exercise everyday. When I was freshman, I have many spare time, so I can do exercise, but now I can't do exercise everyday because Koreatech's sophomore curriculum doesn't allow me to doing exercise everyday.
    The next thing is sleeping sufficiently. Sleeping sufficiently is the way that not all day long sleep, but sleep and wake on time everyday

  8. I found out that walking and jogging are great exercise for me to keep fit.
    I try to walk a lot in routine such as I have extra minutes to walk to my classes.
    Whenever I go home, I'm happy to the gym to go jogging. Walking and jogging help me to get rid of my stresses.
    Also, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Thanks to the refrigiator in IH, I can put some apples and some vegetables for quite a long time.

  9. I think enough sleeping is most important thing to keep fit. But oversleep occur more stress. I do stretchig before the night to wake up early. Then I can more deep sleep. And next day's condition is better than don't that.

  10. When tomorrow lecture will not start 9:00 am, I often go helthclub to keep me fit at night. On weekend, my family go to hiking or walking around Jongmyo Shrine, Gyeongbokgung, or Changdeok Palace, and I eat three meals regularly everyday.

  11. I think having a meal regulary and eating healthy food are very important.
    I always eat vegetable and I eat meals regulary.I always wake up in the moring at 6am.I do aerobic everymorning about 1hour.
    After lunch, I always do jogging about 1hour
    Every night I ride a bicycle about 1hour.

  12. I usually don't eat breakfast, because I wake up late. I eat two meals each day and someday I eat chicken at midnight.
    First, I think exercise is very good to keep fit. So I play soccer or basket ball with my friends or I like mountain-climbing.
    Second, Eating little and don't eating snack is good to keep fit. So, I rarely eat snack except when I am very hungry.

  13. I stoped smoking for my health. Also I eat breakfast everyday.
    I usually do push-ups and sit-up in my room.
    So because of this effort, I keep fit

  14. I think exercising everyday is the most important thing to keep fit.
    It is hard to exercise without any absents, so I`m trying to go to fitness room once a week.
    I want to increase this frequency, and be a healthy guy.
    I won`t eat night snacks any more.

  15. I usually play soccer with my friends in the weekend to keep fit, but I don't think it's a efficient exercise,so im planning to go jogging everyday.
    I think the most important thing to keep fit is to not smoke,and do not drink so much

  16. 1st, I think eating a meal three times a day is important.
    2nd, Regular exercise is important thing to keep fit, so I do taekwondo twice a week.
    3rd, Not doing bad thing is great way to keep fit. For example, do not smoke and do not drink much alcohol.
