Ralph was leader of all boys at first, but after boys divided in two groups, he lost his member and he harassed by Jack. He has good leadership. He believed that they must to be rescued. He is so smart that he knows what the boys have do to get out the island ,and do his best to get out the island. He tries to observe human rationality.
Jack showed a favorable attitude to Ralph at first, but he doesn't want to someone controlling him, so he made new group for hunting. He acted like savage. He wants to do something by instinct. He incited fear to other boys.
While Ralph became leader by leadrship, Jack became leader by fear.

I don't like this movie. First, I hate movie which has scene of murder. In the movie , The boys did cruel things then, I don't like it. I think that ' There are only children, not adults ' means human nature. Jack and his group acted like savage and they showed violence. I think human nature is so brutal like their action.
Simon who tries to tell the truth, Piggy who is a highly intelligent child, and Ralph who tries to observe human rationality, these three boys threated by other boys. The right person attacked by others. It's not just a movie scene. It is real circumstance in our community. That's reason why I felt uncomfortable about this movie.

when I read this book before watch this movie, I don't understand a connotative meaning but now I can understand in some degree by watching movie I think that this movie has connotative meaning which human nature is revealed by the crisis.
1. The military school student had a airplane accident, so they were stuck in desert island. They become to live in there, and they seek to survive.
2. Ralph is calm, cautious, thoughtful and rational, but he doesn't know how to lead his group.
Jack is aggressive. He acts like a primitive man. He breaked the rules, and he robbed the stuff that need to go hunting. He attracted other boys by meat, and he eliminated another group.
3. This moive reflects reality of society. Our society was divided two group, and one group trys to dominate another group. In the end, the society order was collapsed, and people who says the truth be killed like Simon.
I think the monster that was seen by the boys, represents the boys.
The boys and a captain fall into water and they catched a boat. The boat was on the drift in the sea and finally they reached desert island. They must survive to return to home.

▶Ralph Ralph is a responsible boy. He strives to extricate every members. At first, many members followed him. He assigned a proper role to each member and managed the time. But every member betrayed Ralph and followed Jack over time except Piggy.
▶Jack Jack is a mischievous boy. At first he was active, but he turned into a selfish, mean and aggressive boy in the end. He made a his tribe, then plundered a knife and Piggy’s glasses. He killed people. After all, he attempted to kill Ralph.

I think the message of the movie are a deficiency of the humanity and a savagery of natural man. But I can’t understand this movie well and I felt fear.
